Job Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative at Leap Year Digital, you will play a key role in identifying and converting potential clients into loyal customers. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting our digital marketing solutions in a compelling way. Your goal is to build strong relationships, close sales, and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Provide an exceptional consultative sales experience to prospects, helping them identify the best solutions for their business's unique needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all Leap Year Digital services, including web design, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and AI-driven lead generation, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects to drive conversions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the agency.
- Accurately document all prospect interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Account Management Teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a digital marketing or technology-related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client needs.
- High level of motivation, determination, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Job Overview
As an Account Manager at Leap Year Digital, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our clients’ goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between Leap Year Digital and our clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, development, marketing) to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects, including website development, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and refine digital marketing strategies that align with their business objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry trends and data analysis.
- Track and analyze the performance of client campaigns, preparing detailed reports that highlight key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Present findings to clients and suggest actionable steps for optimization.
- Act as the voice of the client within Leap Year Digital, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly communicated and met by the team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients, contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring that all work is completed within the agreed scope and that any changes are communicated and approved by the client.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency or related field. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful digital campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
